Hi Friends/Viewers,

 

       India is changing or making new ways in all aspects except only one which need serious attention to the government and all judicial to make changes or amend the existing Law's for Men.

 

Therefore just to let government/Judicial think about it and make some correction or proposed some new laws' which could save the Indian families.

 

Hence SIF (Save Indian Family) has organized one SATYAGRAH for MEN on 29th April'17 in Jantar Mantar, Delhi

 

As a men we have only become ATM machine to withdraw the money however there are no welfare commission or helpline for men unfortunately.

 

Guys.. this is a good opportunity to raise your voice to let government know about our own issues/problems via this SATYAGRAH, so don't sit at home to wait for other to work for you. it is the time for you to stand for yourself and fight.

 

"If we believe in changing tomorrow so we need to work today in order to make any change, so be unite and raise your voice louder"

 

Bhagat singh was the one who raised his voice first for Freedom and people followed him if he would sited at home thinking others are working, why should I go..? so I think we would still be a slave/Gulam.

 

so finally a humble request to all men to be the part of it and feel the change, Jai Hind !!

 

 

 

Law Misused by Blinds/Handicabs - Be Aware

Hello, This might be a surprising to you that blind/handicap is also misusing the law, here I would share one real incident which happened with me yesterday only, therefore I thought of sharing it with you.

Well, I was in society park where I usally play badminton, I went yesterday and I saw one blind person lying on one of the bench, I thought may be sitting for some reason, I ignored him and started playing my game with other friends of mine.

 

sometime later, that blind person started yelling/Shouting with no reason, I asked him not to do that, so he started abusing, for a moment I was provoked by his abusive words, however I sympathetic didn't hurt him, and try to persuade him to calm down, so he started rotating his stick around him to hit me. I was a bit Angry with this action of him, so I requested him to sit somewhere else and moved back to my game.

He moved from there stating "will call the Police now" I was little astonished with this reaction of him however I ignored him and continued playing my game.

Post half an hour or so, Police was there from near by thane, and asked blind person, what has happened, he replied "I was sitting on the bench and that guy came and snatched my money amount 2000 Rs and also abused/slapped me several times." I was really astonished to see his replay.

Police person asked from blind ,who is that guy, he said, the one playing badminton, co-incidentally, there were many people were playing badminton and they supported me and no one said anything to Policeman. hence he has to leave back without anyone.

But this could have been a problem instead, if anyone could have stated my name or identified me.
As police has more sympathetic towards them.

 

CHALO JANTAR MANTAR !! DESH BADAL RAHA HAI !!

 

 Mere Pyare Bhaiyo or Behno Desh Badal Raha Hai, Magar LAW Nahi !

 

We all know that society consists of Male and Female, and both stand one on the other sharing shoulder to each other and deserve to be given all things equally, be it education, health, upbringing and even Laws etc. apart from this we have so many Women empowerment policy by government, and same is announced every year.
  

This brings to me a very interesting question that we have women helpline, women cell, women emergency call center, women commission for the welfare or for their rights from government bodies, infact we do have child commission, senior citizen helpline and commission for their look after and rights.

 

However Men's has become AN ATM Machine to withdraw the cash, grow the GDP for the country and be an artificial existence for the society, who only has responsibilities towards everyone.

 

So I have few questions as a Men, would appreciate if you could answer them below as comment.

 

• Should Men/women be treated equally by Laws ?
• Men's Right's & welfare commission should also be in India ?
• Men's shouldn't be treated only as AN ATM Machine! Yes or No ?
• Equal punishment should be given to Law Misuser, Should be or Not ?

Men has raised their voice many times and asked for their rights and welfare. we need support from all of you to be the part of "SATYAGRAH".

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring into your notice that a Case FIR no ......., Dated, ......., U/S-498A/406/34 IPC & 4 DP Act is registered and under investigation against me in .................................................(thane name and address).

I have been given 41A notice by IO .........on dated ............(Annexure 1) and I joined the investigation on ....................... I was given the Stridhan list and asked to provide the list of remaining left over articles at my residence.

List of Left over articles has been given on dated ................to IO .................(Annexure 2) and I was told that you would be informed when and where to submit all the remaining left over articles soon however I didn’t hear or informed anything on this. Hence I called/reached IO ..........couple of times and he informed me that he has been transferred and someone else will contact me for the same.

The sad reality is the ignorance that we , as a society endure and neglect that men, too, suffer in silence. There is a strong and an immediate need for a thought change in our country since the society is naturally more sympathetic and forgiving towards the women.one can also not forego of the stark reality that men are also at the receiving end.

 

A Real Story of :-

 

The man, who was requesting his estranged wife to return home, refused to file a complaint with police against the woman. The incident happened when a diamond worker from Thakkarbapanagar came to court to attend proceeding at the family court near Income Tax Circle, because his wife filed a plea seeking maintenance for herself and a minor daughter. As soon as the husband approached the woman to request her not to drag him into litigation and return home, the latter got angry and started demanding a divorce and an alimony payment of Rs 10 lakh. When the man said that he was a diamond worker and couldn't manage such a huge sum, the woman went berserk and started slapping him and tore his clothes. The intervention of police officials was required to protect the man from his wife. and what happen afterword is well known to us.

The wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s younger brother has filed a police complaint against the Bollywood actor and his parents in Muzaffarnagar, alleging torture.

 

The wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s younger brother has filed a police complaint against the Bollywood actor and his parents in Muzaffarnagar, alleging torture, an official said on Saturday. The woman has made serious charges on the film actor, saying he kicked her in the stomach when she was three months pregnant.

 

       

In a complaint given to Superintendent of Police (Rural) Rakesh Jolly, the woman who married the actor’s younger brother Minauzzidin Siddiqui on May 31, 2016, has alleged that her in-laws have been asking for dowry and misbehaving with her. She has also alleged that Nawazuddin beat her up on September 28.

The woman had first approached the Kotwali police station, but when they did not entertain her complaint, she met the superintendent of police (rural) along with her mother, father and uncle.

Police said they will investigate the matter and act accordingly to law.

This has proofed that women doesn't need any evidence to point anyone.
